Introductory 1C and Intermediate 2C

Offering students both the theoretical knowledge and practical experience of operating a small food business, the practicum of this course is the Bellerose Business Venture (BBV). It is through this small food business that we discuss business strategy, hone our cooking skills, and most importantly, host periodic family suppers. Students listen to guest lectures from the local business community and visit local food establishments.
Prerequisite: Instructor approval plus 90% or higher in Foods 1C for 1C; 75% or higher in Foods 2C for 2C.
Course Fee: $75.00 for each level.
