Offering students both the theoretical knowledge and practical experience of operating a small food business, the practicum of this course is the Bellerose Business Venture (BBV). It is through this small food business that we discuss business strategy, hone our cooking skills, and most importantly, host periodic family suppers. Students listen to guest lectures from the local business community and visit local food establishments.

Prerequisite:  Instructor approval plus 90% or higher in Food Studies for Food & Business 20; 85% or higher in Food & Business 20 for Food & Business 30. Course Fee:  $40.00 for each level. There will be a suggested clothing purchase for this course.
