Courses

Think of high school as six semesters rather than three years (eight 5-credit courses make a full schedule). Grade 10 students usually take two core classes in each semester, and fill the rest with electives (and may not have spares). Explore a wide range of electives! In high school, you pass courses, not grades.

Note: Students must be able to fulfill the Alberta diploma requirements, as above, to qualify for participation in Bellerose graduation activities. A high school diploma does not necessarily grant admission to post-secondary institutions.
