Commencement Ceremony
- Doors open at 9.00 am. Program begins promptly at 10.00 am.
- Tickets are not required for this portion.
Banquet (Dinner & Dance)
- Doors open at 5.00 pm. Program begins at 6.00 pm with Grand March at 5.50 pm. Dinner will be served at 6.00 pm.
- Tickets are required for each person attending including the Grad. Tickets are on sale in the Bellerose front office until May 30, 2023.
GRADUATION DAY CHECKLIST
Graduation Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in graduation activities, Bellerose students must meet the requirements for an Alberta high school diploma by the end of June of their Grade 12 year. Students must have completed, or be enrolled in and passing, sufficient courses to meet all diploma requirements, including a minimum of 100 credits. Students who wish to have
independent study or off-campus courses as part of the qualifications must provide documentation of course registration.
- Students should ensure they are registered in the appropriate courses to meet the requirements.
- Students should ensure they will be able to earn sufficient credits to meet the minimum 100 credits.

The next parent meeting is April 12, 2023 at 6:30PM.

Grad Portraits - Second Sitting & Retakes
Grad Portrait Retakes will take place March 20-23, 2023.
The booking will happen online so please make sure to reserve your spot as soon as possible. During your photo session, sizing for grad gowns will take place.
Instructions:
- Click HERE
- Under "Select Event" choose: Bellerose Grad Portraits-TAKEN @ SCHOOL ($30 Session Fee Due at Portraits)
- Select your Service - Grad Portraits – A $30 Sitting Fee is due at your portraits
- Select your appointment from the available times and dates and complete all required information
Option 1: Return the original proofs and get a new set done at no charge
Option 2: Pay a second sitting fee of $30.00 and get a second set in addition to the original photos.
NOTE: Grads that are coming for first time photos are only required to pay the initial sitting fee of $30.00.
