Grad Portraits - Retakes
Grad second sitting and portrait retakes will take place April 2 & 3, 2025.
Book your appointment with these easy steps:
- Go online to www.SmartPhotography.ca/book/
- Enter access code: BCHS2425
- Select desired date and time from bolded availability on calendar.
- Enter your information and pay sitting fee. There is a $26.25 sitting fee per student that is payable online during booking.
Please note: Another sitting fee is required to book, however, if the grad only wants one set of their grad gallery photos, Smart Photography will provide a refund for one of the sitting fees.

Fundraising
Each year we look for ways to raise money for our Graduation Commencement & Banquet. Thank you for your continued support of these initiatives!

Please consider taking your bottles to the Campbell Park Bottle Depot and letting them know you are supporting the Bellerose Grad 2025. This campaign is ongoing until June.

Current Fundraiser

Graduation Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in graduation activities, Bellerose students must meet the requirements for an Alberta high school diploma by the end of June of their Grade 12 year. Students must have completed, or be enrolled in and passing, sufficient courses to meet all diploma requirements, including a minimum of 100 credits. Students who wish to have independent study or off-campus courses as part of the qualifications must provide documentation of course registration.
- Students should ensure they are registered in the appropriate courses to meet the requirements.
- Students should ensure they will be able to earn sufficient credits to meet the minimum 100 credits.

Commencement Ceremony:
Location: Edmonton Convention Centre (9797 Jasper Ave, Edmonton, AB)
Date: Saturday, June 14, 2025
Time: 10:00 am
- A commencement fee (see below) is applied to each graduating student at the beginning of the school year.
- Tickets are not required to attend the commencement ceremony and there is no limit on the number of guests attending.
- Graduates need to be on site by 9:15 am

Time: Doors open at 5:00 pm/Dinner served at 6:00 pm
